In TicketCo we have two different types of payments plans. Weekly payments or settlement after the event has ended. If otherwise not agreed upon with one of our representatives, you will receive the settlement after the event has ended.
How TicketCo processes the payments
When a customer goes to purchase a ticket the payment is cleared by our payment provider Adyen whom processed and clears the payment into the TicketCo client account where it is held until we pay out to you.
When someone pays for a ticket it usually takes between one and three working days before TicketCo receive the payment. If there are payments that have not yet reached our client account at the time of pay out these payments will be paid out the week after.
Before we payout to you, TicketCo deducts their fees and you will receive all funds currently in our client account.
This payment plan is only activated after an agreement with TicketCo and subject to a risk analysis. With this plan you get your settlement weekly. We process these payouts on Wednesday every week.
After the Event
This is TicketCo's standard payout option. With this option we payout the funds on the following Wednesday after the event has occurred. i.e. If your event is on anytime between Thursday and the following Tuesday, we will process the payout on the Wednesday.
Where to view payout statements
Want to access reports for accounting? To do this you can follow these steps:
- Login to the admin pages at ticketco.events
- Go to the "Billing" tab.
Here is where you can view all your settlements from TicketCo which can be downloaded and sent directly to your accountant.
