There are three ways to validate a ticket.

  1. Scanning the QR-code
  2. Enter the reference number manually
  3. Manually look up the ticket (name, email or phone)

Using the camera to scan the tickets is usually the most efficient way of validating tickets. We recommend that you use this as your go to way of validating tickets.

It's up to you wether you will allow your customers to show up without a ticket or not, but we strongly recommend that you validate all event attendees.

What can I search for?

When searching for specific tickets you can search for the following information:

  1. The name of the buyer
  2. The email address of the buyer
  3. The company name of the buyer¨
  4. The reference code

Keep in mind that some or all of this information might not have been entered for the ticket.
