Understanding your price plan

Below you will find our standard price plans for the UK, Norway and Sweden. Your price plan is how we calculate the TicketCo fee on your sales. You will find this displayed under the Price plan tab in the main menu.

UK standard price plan 

This means that any tickets sold with an end price of £3 would fall into the first bracket, so the TicketCo fee would be calculated at 5.5% of the end price plus £0.30. Any tickets costing £80 would fall into the sixth bracket, so the TicketCo fee would be charged at 5% plus £0.30. 

Norway standard price plan

This means that any tickets sold with an end price of NOK 30 would fall into the first bracket, so the TicketCo fee would be calculated at 5.5% of the end price plus 1 kr. Any tickets costing NOK 800 would fall into the sixth bracket, so the TicketCo fee would be charged at 5% plus 3 kr. 

Sweden standard price plan

This means that any tickets sold with an end price of SEK 30 would fall into the first bracket, so the TicketCo fee would be calculated at 5.5% of the end price plus 1 kr. Any tickets costing SEK 800 would fall into the sixth bracket, so the TicketCo fee would be charged at 5% plus 3 kr.
