Activating automatic invoice
Every time TicketCo pays out funds to you, an invoice will be automatically generated. This invoice can be used for bookkeeping and accounting.
You can find the invoice under the Billing tab in the admin pages, but you can also activate automatic invoices that will be sent directly to you. In order to activate these, simply activate the Is Billing Contact permission on one or more of the managers in your account. Each manager with this permission will automatically receive invoices directly to their registered email address.
Note that only primary contacts can add new users to an account.
Sending invoices directly to your accountant
If you want an invoice to be sent directly to your accountant or bookkeeper, you need to first add your them as a manager in your account, making sure you type in their email address when you do so.
You can then select the Is Billing Contact permission for them, and you need not give them any other permissions. They will then receive invoices directly to their email address.
When you create a user, you will need to input a username and password, but it is not necessary to log into TicketCo in order to receive automatic invoices.
In the following example, invoices will be automatically sent to firstname.lastname@example.org each time a payment is sent out.
