Our support is organised in tiers that allow us to provide the adequate support tailored to the needs of our customers.
The following tiers are present in our current support operations:

- Basic
- Silver
- Gold
- Diamond
Support channels
- Email - basic way of contacting support. Sent to support(at)ticketco.net or used via contact forms present on the pages. Email will be added to the support system. Available 24/7 with automated initial response and AI processing.
- “Contact us” form - available for users with system administration rights and within the admin app.
- Phone - various phone numbers integrated via VOIP and IVR systems. Accessible based on the tier of support available to users. Available 9.00-17.00 on business day (9.00-18.00 for Norway and Sweden).
