Merging fan profiles
Over time, many ticket buyers update their email addresses or accidentally create multiple accounts on TicketCo.
To solve this, Ticket Managers can now merge duplicate profiles into a single account.
Merging profiles helps you keep customer data clean and accurate. All purchases, tickets, events, are visible under a single profile, making it easier to manage customer support cases and avoid confusion from duplicate accounts.
How it works
When accounts are merged:
All profile-related data (contact details, tickets, season passes, events) are moved to the merged account.
The old profile(s) will be archived but not removed immediately from the system.
How to merge profiles
Log in to your TicketCo account and click on the Profiles section and Search for the profiles you want to merge.
2. Select the primary profile (the one you want to keep).
3. Click the three dots on the top right hand corner and click the profile that you want to merge and press confirm
