Creating a Profile & Renewing your Offer
How to Create a Profile in TicketCo
- Go to https://[clubname].ticketco.shop/
- Click Login (top right or menu)
- Select Sign Up and enter your details
- Use the same email that you have used to purchase tickets before
- Verify your email via the confirmation email from TicketCo
- You can also verify email and phone number via My Profile
- Once done, you can see your season ticket and previous purchases in your profile
What happens during the Renewal Process?
- You will receive an email confirming that your renewal offer is ready
- Log into your profile
- Go to My Profile → here you will find your renewal offer
- You can remove a seat from your order but you cannot add additional seats
- You can change your ticket type from adult -> child, child -> adult, etc
FAQ's
I can’t register – it says my email is already in use
Click “Forgot password” and follow the instructions.
I didn’t receive the password reset email
- Check your spam/junk folder
If you still didn’t receive it, contact the club
How do I verify my account?
- Click your name (top right or menu)
- Go to My Profile
- Click Verify next to your email address
A verification badge will appear once completed
Where do I find my renewal reservation?
It appears under Home in your user profile
Can I change my ticket type (child/adult/senior)?
Yes – before paying for your renewal offer you can change your ticket type.
- Go to your profile
- Select the correct ticket category in your offer
Note: This cannot be changed after payment
Can I change my seat location?
- Renewal is only for the same seat as last season
Note: If you want to change seats, please contact the club to see if you can be moved before you purchase
How do I remove a seat from my reservation?
- Click Remove next to the ticket in your offer.
Note: This action is final and the seat will be released to others.
I have a Season Ticket subscription – what do I do?
- You don’t need to take any action.
- Continue your monthly payments
- Make sure your card has not expired and has sufficient balance each month for the payment
