I have lost or never received my ticket
What should I do to retrieve my lost ticket?
When you purchase tickets on TicketCo, your order confirmation containing your tickets will be automatically sent out via email and text message. We will send them to the email address and phone number that you inputted when you bought the tickets. Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the tickets to come through, although generally speaking you should receive them within 15 minutes after purchase.
If, for some reason, you do not receive your ticket(s) after this time, you should do the following:
Check your spam folder
Sometimes the tickets might end up in your spam folder, so it's worth checking there first. If they do land in spam, it might be worth adding TicketCo to your "safe senders" list so as to avoid tickets landing in spam in the future.
Retrieving lost tickets
If you still cannot find your tickets, follow these steps to find your tickets on a computer:
- Go to ticketco.events
- Click on Find your purchased tickets that is found on the right side of the page.
- Type in the email address or telephone number that you previously inputted when you bought the tickets.
If you are on your phone, you can do the following:
- Go to ticketco.events
- Click on Find your purchased tickets that is found in the menu in the far righthand corner.
- Type in the email address or telephone number that you previously inputted when you bought the tickets.

Often tickets may not be found due to typos when entering the email address during purchase, so always make sure that you have entered the correct email address when buying a ticket!
