Changing bank account number
If you have changed bank account and need this updating in the system, please send an email to email@example.com so that our support team can assist you. You should attach a bank statement to your email which clearly shows the organisation name, date and new bank number. This statement can, of course, be redacted, we do not need to know the balance or transactions on the account. We just want to make sure that we have the correct details from the get-go!
Here is an example of the kind of thing we are after:

Please note that if you have provided us with an incorrect bank account number, and we have tried to pay you the funds from your event(s), our accounting department will have to investigate the case. They may then need to settle the funds manually, which can unfortunately lead to delays in the payout. It it therefore very important that we get the correct bank details first time round!
Changing company name and/or number
If your company has changed name, number or address, then we will need to document this in a process known as “Change of Control”. For legal reasons, we need to make sure that any changes to organisation name, number and address are properly reported, especially when you have a contract with us.
If you are requiring a “Change of Control”, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org that includes the following details:
- The name and company number of the “old” organisation
- The name and email address of the representative that can sign the document on behalf of the “old” organisation
- The address for the “old” organisation
- The name and company number of the “new” organisation
- The name and email address of the representative that can sign the document on behalf of the “new” organisation
- The address for the “new” organisation
Once we have these details, we will put together a document for the representatives to electronically sign. This document attests to the fact that the new organisation accepts TicketCo’s legal terms and adopts the terms of any contract that the old organisation had with TicketCo.
As soon as you return the signed document to us, we will be able to make the relevant changes on your organiser account.
