Production specifications for your streaming event
If you are streaming your events with TicketCo Media Services, you or your producer may be wondering what kind of specifications you should set up in your production software. This article gives you a quick and simple list of specs which you can employ when streaming. You do not need to stick to these settings, but it may well be a good place to start if you are unsure.
Upload speed
You will need an upload speed of minimum 12MBps, and ideally an ethernet connection. We do not recommend using WiFi for this.

These specs are based on the settings used by Wise Children's Simon Baker when streaming their shows in 2020, so these are a tried and tested format. That being said, remember that you should always keep an eye on the Stream Health tab, and you may need to adjust these settings if you notice any problems there.
