Registering Vipps and Swish cash sales in the POS app
If you have your own Swish account and wish to handle payments directly, please inform TicketCo. We will activate a setting on your user account that allows you to issue tickets in our POS app and register the sale as being made directly via Swish/Vipps
Making the sale
Head to Sales and select the relevant event and ticket types you want to sell.
When you go to Pay, you will now see the option to register the sale as Mobile payment.
You will then see the confirmation screen indicating that the tickets have been generated and the sale has been put through. In your sales reports on the TicketCo platform, you will see these tickets registered as Mobile payment rather than Cash, and that way, you can cross-check the sales against your Vipps or Swish account afterwards.
What is the advantage of registering the sale this way?
- You can capture customer data as you normally would in the TicketCo app
- Your event reports will show accurate summaries of the number of attendees
- You can continue to use your Vipps or Swish account but, together with the sales reports in TicketCo, you can ensure all tickets are accounted for
