How do I order a seat map?
If you are planning to create an event with ticketed seats, then you should contact us a Customer Success: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include in your email the following information:
- The name of the arena or seat map.
- An image of the desired seat map (ideally in PDF or Excel form), or failing that, a detailed description of how you want the map to look.
- A description of how you want to divide up the map.
- A description (this could be included in the image) of where any accessible seating would be placed.
Please be aware that it can take our developers around two weeks to create the seat map, although this is dependent on their workload. We will try to keep you as best updated as possible.
