How do I purchase / order tickets?

TicketCo is a platform in which different event organisers set up and sell tickets to events. They may sell tickets, merchandise, season passes, tickets to live streams/videos, gift cards, and much more.
If you have any questions regarding the event details, then we recommend that you contact the organiser directly. You can read more about that here.
Organisers may set up events in different ways, and the purchase pages may look slightly different depending on the organiser's brand and set up, but we hope that the following descriptions and images will help you purchase the tickets you want.
Purchasing on a computer or laptop
We recommend purchasing tickets on the following web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer as this is no longer supported by Microsoft and has poor malware protection.
Open your web browser and go to ticketco.events, select your country, and then browse through the events currently on sale. You can also use a link directly to the event page if you have it. Once on the event page, you will see the time of the event and some key information. Remember to read over all the information before purchasing.
Select the number of each type of ticket you wish to purchase, by using the drop-down menu on the right of the ticket type (1). Then click Place your order (2). If you click Place your order before selecting the number of tickets, you will receive an error message.
1. Order summary
You might be asked whether you want to add some additional items to your order, or you might simply be taken through to your order summary. Click Please continue.
2. Order information
Now you can input your details - your name and email address are obligatory fields, and you can choose whether you want to input your phone number (if entered, you will receive your tickets via SMS as well as email). Click Please continue when you're ready.
NOTE: Some organizers require questions to be answered. They are then visible right here. Please answer them as otherwise you will not be able to purchase tickets and you will be taken back to the beginning of the process.
3. Select payment method
If you have a gift card or voucher, now is the time to apply them. Check out this article if you are unsure how to use your gift card, and this one if you have a voucher.
Upon clicking Pay, you agree to TicketCo's legal terms.
Selecting Cart will add your items into your shopping cart and return you to the first page, so that you can select some more items. Selecting Pay will take you through to our secure checkout where you can enter your card details and complete the purchase.
Once completed, you should see a confirmation page and you will also receive your tickets via email shortly afterwards. If they do not arrive, check your spam folder or look at this help article.
Purchasing on a mobile device
Open your web browser and go to ticketco.events, and then browse through the events currently on sale. You can also use a link directly to the event page if you have it. Sign in / Sign up
Some organisers will have a slightly different purchase process, where they will ask you to sign in or sign up in order to purchase tickets. These organisers tend to be theatres around the UK and Ireland.
You should select Sign in if you already have an account with the organiser, and Sign up if you are new. Fill in your email and password to log in, or set up a new account with your name, email, phone number and password.

Click Forgot your password? if you are having trouble with this, or contact the event organisers directly - more help with that can be found here. Please note that the account you set up/log into is not a TicketCo account, but an account set up directly with the event organiser.
Trouble purchasing?
If you are receiving error messages, or are struggling to purchase before you have come to the checkout:
- Please ensure that you have filled out all fields marked as obligatory
- Please ensure that you have ticked that you accept TicketCo's legal terms - the Pay and Cart buttons will not be clickable if this is not accepted
- If you are still struggling, please try switching web browsers or devices (note that we do not recommend using Internet Explorer)
Please note that the cart will show up as having 0 items in it until you have actively selected the Cart option in Stage 3 of the purchase.
If you are receiving error messages, or are struggling to purchase after getting through to checkout and entering your card details:
- Please ensure that you are paying with a supported card provider (accepted card providers are shown on the event page)
- Please ensure you are filling in all your card details correctly - if there is an error, you may be taken back to the order summary page
- If you are still struggling, please contact your card provider or try purchasing with another card - sometimes overseas purchases are blocked by some card providers
