How do I get access to memberships?
We will need to activate this for you, so send us an email to support@ticketco.net, or contact us here.
When will I receive settlement for my membership sales?
We will settle the funds from your membership sales weekly. We will send out payment to you on the Wednesday after a sale of one of your membership cards has been made.
Can I send out free membership cards?
Yes! You can do this through the Admin sales tab on your membership set up. You must first create the free membership type under Item types, but ensure that you only have Admin page selected under Sales channels.
Go to Admin sales to create the membership card and distribute it to your customer. More help with admin sales is found here.
How long is a membership card valid?
You decide how long you want your membership card to be valid for. When setting up your membership card, you can decide to assign a certain duration or a specific expiry date to your membership card.
Can I scan memberships in the app?
Yes! You can scan memberships in the app to see whether they are valid or not. If they are valid, you will receive a green response, and if they are invalid you will see a red "Time expired" notice:
What happens when the membership card expires?
When the expiry date is reached, the membership card will no longer be able to be used to redeem membership tickets and other items. The customer will receive an error message if they try to purchase member tickets once their membership has run out.
Where can I collect reports about my membership sales?
Simply go to Memberships in the main menu, select your membership set up, and then Report. Here is where you will find your sales figures, and you will also see a list of purchases. You can download an XLS file from Report too.
