Live security report
If you want to see an overview of scanning for your event, or if you need to share a security report with local authorities, you can use the Security Report tab.
This page will display 3 sections; Stands, Managers and Sections and it will give you a breakdown of tickets sold, tickets checked in and the deviance between them. This should help you to see what percentage of the stands and sections are already checked in, and how many tickets are yet to be scanned.
If you do not have a seat map on your event, the Sections and Stands tables will not be needed, but you can use the summary under Managers instead.
To share this report with local authorities, copy the link provided and send them the URL.
You can also select to activate live updates so that the report is updated in real time.
Stands
If you have a seat map, you can customise your report on ticket scans by organising individual sections into broader "stands." Each stand can encompass multiple sections (e.g., East Stand with Blocks 1–16), making it easier to monitor activity across larger areas. Start by grouping sections under their respective stands, in the Stands tab:
Create a new stand by selecting Create New, select each section and then name the Stand.
This will then group together each section into one stand so it is clearly displayed on your security report
