Organiser Dashboard
When you log into your TicketCo account as an admin, you will see your organiser Dashboard. The dashboard will give you a clear summary of your ticket sales, and you can also download reports from this page. |
In this article we will explain how the dashboard displays your sales, how you can customise the display, and how you can extract XLS reports from the page. Please refer to the image below, and its numbered sections, as we go through the various areas of the dashboard display (click to enlarge).
Accumulated sales
The top section (marked with the number 1 in the image above) of your dashboard will display the accumulated sales for all of your events so far this year. The Total Capacity shows the sum of the capacities for all your events, meaning that it displays the number of tickets that you hav had out on sale thus far. If you had for example three events, and were selling maximum 100 tickets per event, then the total capacity would be 300.
Amount Items Sold tells you how many tickets (or other products) have been sold so far this year, and Sold shows you your raw sales in your local currency for the year so far (note that this does not include the TicketCo fee).
Capacity Reach in % will show you the number of tickets sold as a percentage of the total capacity. Let's say that of the total 300 tickets on sale, I outsold two of my events, and the third event had sold 25 tickets thus far. The number of items sold would therefore be 100 + 100 + 25 = 225, and thus the capacity reach would be (225 / 300) x 100 = 75%.
Customising Dashboard display
The next section (the grey bar) of the dashboard can be used to customise the dashboard display and XLS report.
2. Time frame
Under Type you can toggle between setting a specific time period (using From and To date pickers), or the past week or month. Changing this setting will change your dashboard display accordingly, so that you will either see a list of all your events within the specific time period, or within the last week or month.
3. Capacity vs. Sales
Under Show, you can toggle between viewing the dashboard in terms of capacities, or in terms of sales. Selecting Capacity will display the fields you see in the image above, and will create an XLS report with the following columns:
Event |
Ticket type |
Capacity reach total % |
Capacity |
Amount sold |
Capacity % |
Sales GBP |
Reservation total |
Reservation % |
Selecting Sales will display the fields you see here (click to enlarge):
And the XLS you download when Sales is selected, will contain the following columns:
Event |
Ticket type |
Ticket price |
Your ticket fee |
Amount sold |
Your total sales |
TicketCo fee inc. VAT |
Net Sales |
Settlement status % |
You may find that you combining and comparing the Capacity and Sales displays give you the best overall picture of your ticket sales.
4. Download XLS
Once you have set up the desired dates and selected either Capacity or Sales under Show, you can click here to download an Excel spreadsheet which will display the relevant data per event.

Other reporting features
Dashboard is a great tool for providing you with overall sales figures for your events, but it will not show you individual transactions or tickets. If you would like a more detailed report containing individual transactions, you should head to the event report or the Report tab in the main menu.
