Customising your post purchase message
Usually when you create events, you can input a simple "Thanks for your purchase!" in the Post purchase message field; however, recently we have introduced the option to customise this further with rich text meaning that you can include images, videos, formatted text and much more.

Engage your ticket buyers even after they have purchased

You can now consider how this final stage of the purchase flow can further engage your ticket buyers. This is a great opportunity to include promo code campaigns, provide details about coming events that they also may be interested in, or you could redirect them to your homepage or the artist's page. The options are endless!

Setting up a default on your account
Once the feature has been activated on your account, you will be able to apply a general customised message for the whole account (meaning it will automatically be applied to all events) as well as the option to customise the post purchase message on specific events.
Provided that there is no text applied in the Post purchase message on an individual event, the general account-level settings will be used instead.
To access and change the message on your account, head to Organiser settings in the main menu. On this page, you will have the option to Edit, and then you can fill out the field under Post Purchase Message and hit Save.
Being a rich text field, you are able to customise this just as you would with your event description.
Customising the message for specific events
If you want to override your account-level settings, you can head into one of your events if you want to apply a more tailored message:
Leaving this field blank will mean that the account default will be applied instead.
By customising the message for certain events, you could choose to advertise similar concerts or matches to your purchasers.
