Adding sponsor images to your event and tickets
If your event is being sponsored by another organisation or company, you may want their logo and information to appear on your event page and your customers' tickets. You can easily set this up using the Sponsors tab.
Adding a new sponsor
Navigate to the event you want to edit, go to Sponsors, and then +Create New Sponsor. You will then see a screen similar to this:
Input the name of the sponsor under Name, and upload their logo under Image. You can also choose to input the link to their website under Landing page so that your customers can click the logo in the event description to be head straight to the sponsor's page.
You can choose to input some extra text under Short text description, and this will display just above the logo on your event page and on the PDF ticket. To ensure that the logo and sponsor information displays on your event page, check the Published box. If unchecked, the sponsor information will only show on the customers' tickets and email confirmation.
What does this look like for the ticket buyers?
Here you can see how the above example displays on the event page:
On the PDF tickets:
The email confirmation will show the sponsor description above the logo.
If you inputted a link under the Landing page field, then the logo on the event page will be clickable and will redirect purchasers to the sponsor's website.
You can add multiple sponsors on the same event, and the logos will display in a list based on the position you assign them under the Sponsors tab:
Simply drag and drop the different lines into the desired order.
