Releasing a matchday ticket from a season pass or subscription
If a season ticket holder or subscriber can no longer attend a specific game in the season, you can use the ‘’free up’’ option to release the seat and re-sell it for that specific match.
Freeing up a season pass seat
To free up a season pass seat for a specific match, go to the event in question (the one the season ticket holder cannot attend). Find the ticket that you would like to free up and select Free up under the settings drop-down.
You will see a pop-up asking you to confirm. Hit Yes, Proceed to continue.
The ticket will then show up as “Freed up” for this game. The seat row and section numbers will be removed from the ticket:
Freeing up a subscription seat
This is the same process as freeing up the season pass. Go to the event that you would like to remove from the subscription ticket, find the ticket and select Free up.
Once the ticket has been freed, the section name and seat name will be removed.
After you have freed up the seat for a season/subscription ticket, an automatic email will be sent to the ticket holder informing them that their season pass is no longer valid for this specific game.

Here you can see that the season ticket displays as "deactivated" when scanning: |
Future games
Freeing up a seat on an event will only affect the specific event in question. The seat will otherwise remain reserved for the overall season ticket and any remaining games.
