Sending the renewals email Follow
Once TicketCo have imported your list of reservations to Admin sales on your season pass, we can prepare an email and SMS message to be sent out to your customers.
The email (and text message) contain a link to purchase the tickets in the reservation. For example, if John Doe has a reservation (imported in the list) containing two season tickets, TicketCo can distribute an email to him containing information from the club along with what seats he has requested, and a link to buy those seats. Here is an example of what this might look like:

Renewals send out form
Please download the form attached below, and return it to us with all the necessary information for your email (and SMS) distribution. In short, we need to know:
- Sender name (will be shown as the sender of the SMS)
- SMS header and footer text (not exceeding 160 characters in total)
We will also need to know when you want the email (and SMS) to be delivered to your customers. Please allow us plenty of time to upload the list of reservations before sending out the email, especially in the run up to the new season when many clubs will be requesting this at the same time.
