Sending the renewals email
Once TicketCo has imported your list of reservations to Admin sales on your season pass or event, we can prepare an email and SMS message to be sent out to your customers.
Renewals email and text message
The email and text message contain a link to purchase the tickets in the reservation. For example, if John Doe has a reservation containing two season tickets, TicketCo can distribute an email to him containing information from the club along with what seats he has requested, and a link to buy those seats. You can customise the text and image in the email which gets delivered to your ticket buyers.
Here is an example of the text message we can send out:

Customising the email and text message
Please download the form attached below, and return it to us with all the necessary information for your email (and SMS) distribution. In short, we need to know:
- The subject line for the email
- A header image for the email
- Email header text
- Text and colour code for the purchase button
- Email footer text (called "Email body 2" in the form attached below)
SMS
- Sender name (will be shown as the sender of the SMS)
- SMS header and footer text (not exceeding 160 characters in total)
We will also need to know when you want the email and text message to be delivered to your customers. Please allow us plenty of time to upload the list of reservations before sending out the email, especially in the run up to the new season when many clubs will be requesting this at the same time.
