Setting up season tickets
Season tickets, also known as season passes, are set up in the Season Pass tab in the main menu. This feature will have to be activated for you, so if you cannot see this feature, let us know.
Setting up season tickets works very similarly to normal events, where you first set up the season ticket details, then you create a series of season ticket types. The slight difference is that you will need to associate events with the season ticket.
How do season tickets work?
Whereas a ticket to a "regular" event can only be scanned once, a season pass contains a QR-code (and reference code) which can be scanned once per associated event on the season pass. That is to say that a season pass is one ticket which permits access to multiple events. This feature is commonly used by sports clubs, but can also be useful for other organisations e.g. if you wish to sell a festival pass which includes entrance across multiple days.
Purchasing one season pass will automatically reduce the capacity on all associated events by one, meaning that you can always have control over the number of tickets sold on your associated events.
Creating season tickets
Select Season Passes in the main menu, then Create new season pass.
Enter a title, add an image and description, and apply a date and location to your season ticket. This is very similar to creating "regular" events, where you fill out all the necessary information fields.
Once have inputted all the details, select Please continue (or if you are editing a pre-existing pass, hit Save).
Associating events
You can then choose which of your events you would like to associate with the season ticket under the Associate tab.
Use the arrows to add events to the season pass, and use the red cross to remove an event. You will notice that if you are using a seat map, this will be displayed here, and you will only be able to add events with the same seat map.
If you select an event without a seat map that has multiple capacities, you will be asked to select the capacity which will be reduced when a season ticket is purchased. You should therefore choose a capacity that only contains items with the category "Ticket". Hit Save once you have added all of your events.
We generally recommend adding all events to your season pass when creating it, so that your customers know exactly what is included in the pass. If, however, you are unsure, it is possible to add additional events later on too.

Season pass types
Next, go to Season pass types to set up your different season ticket prices. Here you can see we have created an adult season ticket, and you could also set up season passes e.g. for children or VIP, or with different price brackets.
You can have various season ticket types, with varying prices, under the same season ticket set up. This works in largely the same way as the Ticket types tab under your regular events.
Note that all season ticket types will work in the same way, allowing entrance to all of the associated events. If you want to set up multiple season tickets which will allow entrance to different selections of events, you will need to create multiple season ticket "events" rather than season ticket types.
Seat map and price zones
If you have added events connected to a seat map, you will then see the map displayed under Seating arrangement. Just as with your individual events, you will then need to assign your season ticket types with Price zones on the map. You might, for example, want to limit your VIP tickets to the VIP area on the map. For further assistance with this, head this way →
